Skills

• Experience with MIL-STD data formats (USMTF/OTH, CMF, Tactical Data Links/JREAP, and VMF)
• Proficiency in Data Science techniques for analyzing structured and unstructured data
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to present complex data in an accessible way
• Active Top-Secret security clearance, with SCI eligibility

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to identify, analyze, and define data requirements
• Collect, fuse, and manage data from diverse offices across USINDOPACOM
• Develop, validate, test, and refine algorithms and models
• Utilize data visualization tools to present findings to stakeholders
• Tag and organize data to enhance discoverability and utility
• Support planning and data management for risk and vulnerability assessments
• Prepare reports, charts, and tables based on statistical methods

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience)
• Proven experience in data analysis and visualization

• Master’s degree preferred but not required
