• 2+ years of experience in forms analysis
• Proficiency in ALM (NABLE and MDCMS)
• Strong knowledge of DB2
• Familiarity with MS Teams, Slack, Confluence, and Jira
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Experience with Elixir design

Responsibilities

• Review forms to identify opportunities for revision, consolidation, or discontinuation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements
• Gather recommendations from form users to improve form characteristics
• Design, draft, and prepare master copies for new or modified forms
• Monitor and manage form requests, including creation, updates, and closure
• Document form test requirements and define test cases
• Conduct form testing and document results
• Communicate findings with the team and IT
• Validate changes and proofread forms/contracts for accuracy
• Manage form-related projects and research form history for Legal or Audit requests
• Organize form files and identify common elements across forms
• Train end users on form usage and requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Forms Analyst or in a related role
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in project management is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
