Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group instruction to students across K-12th grade who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
• Develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Support student growth through effective communication, including ASL
• Maintain clear and open communication with the student’s family and school staff to ensure a collaborative approach to learning

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Education, specializing in Teaching Deaf Students in California
• Must hold one of the following credentials: LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or PPS credential in School Psychology
• Experience working with the Deaf community and proficiency in ASL is required
