Skills

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License Class B (Class A preferred)
• Ability to operate a vehicle in various traffic and weather conditions
• Strong customer relations and problem resolution skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Good knowledge of product and inventory control techniques
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform arithmetic (money handling experience preferred)
• Adaptability and building trust with customers

Responsibilities

• Efficiently run designated delivery routes, meeting or exceeding time expectations
• Unload products from the trailer, by hand or hand cart, into customer storage areas
• Verify delivery of items with customers and obtain necessary signatures
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT regulations
• Communicate errors and returns effectively

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• One year of route delivery experience or applicable driving background
