Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive compensation: $14-16/hr, depending upon experience

Skills

  • Dental Assistant Certification
  • X-Ray, Coronal polishing, and Nitrous Oxide certifications (preferred)
  • Experience with temporary fabrication, denture adjustments, and Dentrix (required)
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to create a positive, supportive environment for patients and team members

Responsibilities

  • Provide chair-side clinical support to Doctors and Hygienists
  • Manage patient flow to ensure efficient appointments
  • Welcome patients and deliver positive experiences
  • Take and process X-Rays
  • Enter patient treatment plans and maintain files as directed by the Dentist
  • Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories
  • Monitor all laboratory cases and ensure they are ready for the next day’s schedule

Qualifications

  • Dental Assistant Certification is required
  • X-Ray, Coronal polishing, and Nitrous Oxide certifications are preferred
  • Experience with temporary fabrication, denture adjustments, and Dentrix is required
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
