Responsibilities

  • Manage all tasks of the Front Desk Staff
  • Ensure smooth operations by being aware of the patient schedule and staff duties
  • Manage employee relations and provide necessary resources and support
  • Respond to office needs and resolve team issues as they arise
  • Take initiative to enhance patient care and relationships
  • Maintain facilities and equipment according to hygiene and safety regulations
  • Oversee inventory and expense management
  • Review billing and deposits daily for accuracy
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a dental front desk role (preferred)

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional education in business or healthcare management is a plus

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • High School Diploma
  • Associate’s Degree or higher preferred

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental front desk role preferred
