Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our client's reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will be able to work full time and have at least a couple of years experience or a residency completed. The office is a modern one, with a great staff that works very well together. They are seeking a dentist who is comfortable practicing as the solo dentist in the office. This is a FFS and PPO office. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics. Utilize dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix for effective patient management and medical documentation. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards. Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety. Educate patients on oral health care practices and preventive measures. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to provide high-quality patient care. Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and treatments. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Proficiency in dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology. Experience in four-handed dentistry is preferred. Prior experience in a dental clinic or office setting is advantageous. Strong understanding of pediatric dentistry practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction. Ability to work effectively within a team environment while demonstrating leadership qualities.
