Description

The Deputy General Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, guidance, and support related to corporate transactions in collaboration with business partners. This role involves structuring, negotiating, and memorializing debt and equity financings, while also maintaining a best practices corporate governance environment and protocol. Additionally, the Deputy General Counsel will support the administration and maintenance of the company’s compliance program.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: \(145,000 - \)185,000
