Are you a dynamic leader with experience in healthcare program management? We are looking for a Deputy Regional Program Director to provide oversight and management for medical services at U.S. Customs and Border Protection sites, including Office of Field Operations (OFO) ports of entry and U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) Stations. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality healthcare services are delivered efficiently and in compliance with all established policies and protocols. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: \(75,000 - \)150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the medical services contract at assigned locations, ensuring compliance with policies and protocols.
  • Provide leadership and operational support to medical teams delivering care in secured federal facilities.
  • Manage personnel onboarding, including vetting and orientation.
  • Supervise scheduling to ensure proper staffing coverage.
  • Develop and oversee logistical and procurement strategies for assigned locations.
  • Maintain risk management, medical event reporting, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze program performance and collaborate on best practices with leadership teams.
  • Ensure all reporting requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Support recruitment and selection of contract employees.
  • Coordinate medical in-service training for physicians and clinical staff as needed.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and compliance regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Maintain proficiency with electronic health records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of management experience in healthcare services.
