Compensation and Benefits

The typical base pay range for this role is \(75,000 - \)150,000. Final salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and market data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the programmatic authority for medical services contracts, overseeing operations at assigned medical units
• Demonstrate a caring and helpful attitude when interacting with patients, vendors, and colleagues
• Track the progress of assigned personnel, ensuring proper vetting and orientation
• Oversee the scheduling process to maintain adequate staffing coverage and manage day-to-day operations within medical units
• Develop and implement the logistics/procurement strategy for assigned medical units
• Maintain the risk management program, medical event reporting, quality assurance/performance improvement, and medical surveillance plans
• Conduct analyses to ensure continuous performance improvement and develop best practices
• Ensure all reporting requirements and timelines are met
• Participate in the recruitment and selection process for contract employees
• Coordinate medical in-service training for physicians and clinical staff
• Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols, including HIPAA compliance
• Maintain awareness of relevant policies, procedures, directives, and operational memoranda
