Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in Desktop Support and IT troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 107, SCCM, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience in enterprise-level environments, managing multiple sites and user needs.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong experience with Active Directory and hardware troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 Desktop Support for both hardware and software issues.
  • Perform system migrations, installations, and troubleshooting for Windows 107 systems.
  • Manage and resolve support requests via ServiceNow and other tools.
  • Maintain and support Active Directory, ensuring user access and security.
  • Collaborate with users to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks efficiently.
  • Offer excellent customer service in a corporate environment, helping to solve complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Executive Support is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in both corporate office and research/development environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
