Responsibilities

  • Perform assay testing on Clinical Chemistry and Immunochemistry Diagnostic Systems
  • Analyze data, summarize results, and report experiment status to supervisors
  • Write and execute experimental protocols and associated reports
  • Identify issues and investigate root causes in collaboration with engineering staff
  • Provide quality assurance for adherence to technical standards
  • Maintain organized laboratory notebooks in compliance with relevant procedures
  • Support technologies post-launch to address performance and quality issues

Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or Biomedical Engineering
  • 0 - 2 years of industry laboratory experience
  • Experience with automated General Chemistry and/or Immunochemistry diagnostic systems preferred
  • Familiarity with BCI Clinical Chemistry and/or Immunochemistry Diagnostics platforms a plus (DxC, AU, Access, DxI, IMMAGE)

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
