As a key player at Oriental Trading Company, you will be responsible for managing digital assets through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role includes uploading content, ensuring proper organization, and conducting audits to maintain quality standards. This position offers a 32 hybrid remote schedule, allowing you to work in the office from Tuesday to Thursday and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities

  • Upload content into AEM (DAM) and tag with appropriate metadata
  • Organize and monitor content for alignment with downstream systems
  • Identify efficiency improvements within AEM
  • Coordinate uploading/downloading and track outsourcing of content outlines
  • Create web and photo records following established standards
  • Conduct audits for licensing and intellectual property compliance
  • Collaborate with internal partners on use cases within the DAM
  • Migrate and maintain content and metadata within AEM
  • Ensure regular attendance and adherence to company policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in asset coordination or related field
  • Experience with AEM content administration
  • Strong understanding of digital asset management best practices

Education Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience
