Responsibilities

  • Upload, organize, and maintain digital files and documents in online storage systems.
  • Ensure files are properly named, categorized, and stored in the correct folders.
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness before filing.
  • Retrieve and share files when requested by team members or management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company documents.
  • Update and archive records according to company policies.
  • Assist with converting physical documents into digital formats when necessary.
  • Maintain logs or reports of file management activities.
