In this role, you will own the digital customer journey from awareness to conversion and lead the development and execution of consumer marketing strategies and campaigns to build consumer loyalty while driving engagement and conversion across all digital channels - both owned and third-party.

Responsibilities

  • Develop promotional strategies and campaigns to increase basket size and purchase frequency
  • Execute strategic omni-channel digital marketing plans in support of overall business objectives
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of all digital assets and deliverables
  • Create and manage social media plans across all platforms
  • Drive traffic and conversion on DTC and E-commerce platforms
  • Coordinate and manage all digital content needs across digital channels
  • Define, measure, and optimize email and messaging retargeting campaigns
  • Collect and synthesize metrics using analytics tools to track KPIs
  • Audit and improve third-party listing strategies for key platforms
  • Build reporting trackers/dashboards to measure and evaluate campaign performance

Qualifications

  • Must be 21+
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing and strategy
  • Solid knowledge of web analytic tools
  • Experience in email marketing, newsletters, and social media
  • Ability to prioritize high-impact activities and manage complex projects
  • Familiarity with paid media strategy and planning

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years in digital marketing, with focus on web, e-comm, CRM, and social media, preferably within the cannabis or CPG space.
