We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our acquisition marketing strategy, helping us expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. In this role, you’ll develop and execute marketing campaigns across paid media channels—including Paid Social, SEM, and Affiliate Marketing—while continuously testing and refining new strategies. You’ll report to the SVP of Growth and Strategy and collaborate closely with creative, digital, and analytics teams to ensure our marketing efforts are both data-driven and visually compelling.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in digital acquisition marketing
  • Proven success managing campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other paid media platforms
  • Experience testing and launching new channels, such as TikTok and YouTube
  • Knowledge of app marketing strategies is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decisions
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Google Analytics and BI tools
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering an inspiring brand experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—self-starter, proactive, and collaborative
  • Experience in e-commerce, startups, or Shopify is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer acquisition by testing new channels, audiences, and growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across established and emerging platforms
  • Develop and manage the acquisition marketing calendar, aligning with broader marketing and product goals
  • Partner with creative teams to ensure ad assets support acquisition goals and facilitate A/B testing
  • Lead experimentation with new platforms and innovative ad formats
  • Work with the digital team to create and test conversion-optimized landing pages for new visitors
  • Develop a test-and-learn approach to audience targeting, promotions, and creative strategies
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and inform cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with CRM marketing to understand customer lifetime value (LTV) and improve retention strategies
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly around data privacy and performance measurement

  • 5+ years of experience in digital acquisition marketing
  • Proven success managing campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other paid media platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decisions

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
