Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital sales, preferably in grocery retail and e-commerce
• Strong technical knowledge of product categories, specifications, and pricing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an online sales strategy for the USA, aligning with growth and customer experience goals
• Coordinate with offline merchandising, pricing, and replenishment teams
• Collaborate with internal teams for high-quality execution of promotions and projects
• Oversee merchandising, assortment, inventory, and replenishment plans
• Set and monitor KPIs for the Digital Sales team
• Track and report progress on related projects
• Analyze product selection, sales, pricing, and market trends
• Share best practices and stay updated on digital sales trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in digital marketing or a related field
• Experience in project management with the ability to meet deadlines
• Passion for merchandising and e-commerce across B2C and B2B sectors
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills
