In this position, you’ll report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer, collaborating with key stakeholders to provide accurate financial insights that drive strategic decision-making. You’ll also lead the internal accounting team, ensuring smooth month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary: \(130,000 - \)150,000 base + bonus.

Skills

• CPA certification (Required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and treasury functions.
• Lead and support the internal accounting team.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Integrate newly acquired firms through mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for the Board of Directors and Finance Committee.
• Partner with the FP&A team to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline accounting processes.
• Oversee the revenue cycle, monitor client collections, and manage vendor invoice approvals.
