Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and delivery of savings calculation methodologies to support business growth
• Develop a roadmap for continuous improvement in the savings analysis process
• Manage market-facing savings validation efforts and establish credibility in the market
• Oversee all client and prospective client claims repricing activities
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in cross-functional discussions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Advanced degree in statistical analysis, health policy, or a related area preferred
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare professional services (e.g., actuary, claims analysis, consulting)
• Experience managing a team is preferred
