Description

The Director of Compliance will be responsible for maintaining an effective compliance program that aligns with best practices and guidance from governmental authorities, including the US Department of Justice and Health & Human Services Office of Inspector General, as well as applicable industry codes. This role requires updating and maintaining the company’s Compliance Action Plan and ensuring timely completion of tasks. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the company’s Code of Conduct and related policies are current and properly understood through regular training sessions, both in-person and via technology.
