We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Director 3 - Custodial Operations, overseeing a K-12 school district at Fort Wayne Community Schools in beautiful Indiana. Reporting to the District Manager, you will primarily oversee custodial operations with some grounds and maintenance operational oversight for the entire K-12 school district. Your role will involve leading and developing a team, interfacing with clients, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the school district.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years successful experience in Facilities Management, preferably in a K-12 or higher education setting
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to engage with all levels of employees and clients, including executive leadership
• Strong leadership skills focused on staff development and team building
• Experience in Project Management and familiarity with custodial operations
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting
• Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) or related certification is a plus

• Manage the business operations for in-house custodial operations with limited oversight on grounds and maintenance
