Skills

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, ML, Data Science, or a related field (MS/MBA or PhD preferred)
• 8+ years of experience leading the development and integration of large-scale technical solutions on cloud
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Strong understanding of ML and AI algorithms
• 5+ years of experience using Python and SQL
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to thrive with autonomy and guide teams

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and connect with stakeholders across the organization
• Drive innovation by spearheading the technical roadmap for AI/ML initiatives
• Define and deliver vision, goals, solutions, and success metrics for AI/ML systems
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Stay ahead of the curve by understanding evolving needs and industry trends
• Measure and improve by defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience
• Experience executing roadmaps from ideation to development of ML/AI systems

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ML, Data Science, or a related field

Education Requirements Credential Category

• MS/MBA or PhD preferred

Experience Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the financial services/consulting industry
• Working experience in at least two of these functions: Product, Data Science, ML/AI, Data Engineering, Software Engineering
