The Executive Director of Outpatient Services is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for the operational and strategic oversight of The Health Clinic, including Family Practice, Express Care Clinics, and Specialty Care Clinics. This role entails working collaboratively with the Executive Leadership Team to plan, grow, and develop both current and future outpatient services.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: \(103,081 to \)170,495 annually (Depending on years of experience)

- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Provide operational supervision of outpatient staff and providers
- Oversee budgets and financial performance of outpatient services

- Maintain adequate staffing levels on a daily basis

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree in applicable leadership or healthcare field (preferred)
- Five years of high-level healthcare leadership experience, including progressive leadership in healthcare operations
- Proven track record of excelling in a high-performance outpatient clinic or similar healthcare setting
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
