This position offers an exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual with expertise in Procurement and implementation experience. As part of our focus on enhancing Procurement services and consulting in North America, you will help to develop and expand our service line. You’ll manage a team of local delivery professionals, working closely with clients to identify pain points and design tailored solutions that leverage our capabilities. This role also involves managing front-end delivery for solutions executed by our Indian operations team, while collaborating with the Client leadership team on future strategies across various industries.

• In-depth understanding of Procurement Consulting & Outsourcing solutions
• Experience in industries such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Food Processing, and more

Responsibilities

• Grow the Procurement vertical in the North American Market
• Build Procurement Consulting & Outsourcing capabilities
• Create a knowledge repository and conduct training sessions
• Represent the Client at various events to improve brand visibility
• Acquire new customers and maintain a portfolio of existing clients
• Develop customized procurement solutions based on client needs
• Ensure timely resolution of client relationship and operations issues
• Lead proposal development and business development activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Finance
• MBA in Finance or Operations Management preferred
• Experience in building Procurement Consulting & Outsourcing operating models
• Broad functional knowledge in Procurement Consulting & Outsourcing
• Excellent ability to connect with stakeholders on their specific pain points

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Education Requirements Credential Category

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering or Finance required

Experience Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience post-MBA
• 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred
