Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary ranging from \(75,000 to \)89,000 per year

Skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership by supervising and mentoring program staff
  • Empower your team through 1-1 supervision of Senior Care Coordinators and Senior Family Partners
  • Drive program excellence by ensuring adherence to the ten principles of the Wraparound model
  • Build a strong team through hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Offer 247 back-up emergency on-call support
  • Foster collaboration among youth, families, and professionals
  • Embrace flexibility by balancing community visits with remote work

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families
  • Three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience
  • Experience managing a home-based or Wraparound program (preferred)

Education Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field

  • Licensure: LICSW or LMHC required

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years providing behavioral health services to youth and families
