  • Ability to operate a commercial motor vehicle safely
  • Capacity to follow instructions and communicate effectively
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulations

Responsibilities

  • Partner with a WM Driver or Trainer to learn safe vehicle operation
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle
  • Report unsafe situations or service-related issues
  • Attend and participate in training programs and meetings
  • Assist in improving route efficiencies
  • Communicate customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager
  • Perform duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to perform physical demands of the job
