In this role, you’ll work directly with client managers to understand their hiring needs, guide applicants through the onboarding process, arrange logistics for orientation, and manage various administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client managers to identify staffing needs and keep them informed on applicant progress.
  • Assist drivers through client/carrier applications and ensure all required documents are completed.
  • Schedule and coordinate orientation, handling travel, accommodation, and any unexpected challenges.
  • Carry out administrative tasks and support additional team needs as required.

Qualifications

  • No experience required—complete training is provided.
  • Availability during normal business hours.
  • Experience in customer service, recruiting, or logistics is a plus but not essential.
