This is a remote position open to candidates across the U.S., with occasional travel required. We are open to both full-time and contracted candidates.

Skills

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing and e-commerce, with expertise in DTC/omnichannel and digital marketing
  • Proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results (CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV)
  • Hands-on experience with the Shopify ecosystem and core digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Klaviyo)
  • Experience in creative asset development (e.g., Canva) is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial settings and is willing to take on hands-on tasks
  • Experience in a retail or direct-to-consumer e-commerce environment is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead a Comprehensive Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Drive Customer Acquisition & Retention: Oversee paid media strategies and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize the E-Commerce Experience: Manage and enhance the e-commerce website for a seamless user experience.
  • Manage Marketing Analytics & Budgeting: Track key performance metrics and manage the marketing budget.
  • Develop Brand-Building Campaigns: Collaborate with leadership and creative teams to develop impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing and e-commerce
  • Proven experience in performance marketing
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Experience in the Shopify ecosystem and digital marketing tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
