Responsibilities

As an Associate Teacher, you’ll work under the guidance and supervision of the Lead Teacher to:

• Organize and implement educational programs and activities that are appropriate for young learners.
• Engage students in a structured, interactive classroom setting using a Responsive Classroom approach.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages meaningful interactions.
• Prepare the classroom to ensure it’s welcoming, engaging, and conducive to learning.
• Provide consistent supervision of students during lessons, activities, and playtime.
• Regularly assess student progress and reflect on the effectiveness of lesson plans and teaching strategies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least three years of experience working with young children is preferred.
