Skills

  • Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong technical writing abilities.
  • Familiarity with architectural and engineering design processes, building codes, and performance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage electrical design projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with industry codes and best practices.
  • Perform equipment sizing, load calculations, and energy efficiency assessments.
  • Design and optimize lighting and electrical systems using BIM in Revit.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert technical guidance.
  • Oversee electrical systems testing, energy modeling, and schematic design interpretation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate project deliverables while managing multiple assignments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of experience in electrical systems engineering, focusing on building systems.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
