Who We're Seeking: We're on the lookout for an Account Manager with a special focus on Email Advertising to join our Digital Strategy team. As a crucial member, you'll utilize your proficiency in Advertising, Creativity, and Strategy to identify cost-effective solutions and drive client business growth through digital advertising efforts. This role entails client interaction, marketing strategy development, and robust reporting. Your Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance brand customer lifetime value through email/SMS campaigns and automation flows. Collaborate with a diverse portfolio of brands, conducting regular meetings to review results and refine marketing strategies. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication of updates, progress, and challenges. Deeply understand client brands, products, and aesthetic to tailor strategies accordingly. Utilize platforms like Klaviyo, MailChimp, and Shopify to derive insights and action items aimed at increasing client revenue. Monitor campaign performance across channels, compile reports, and communicate insights to clients. Work collaboratively with clients to develop strategic marketing calendars aligned with ROI objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital technologies to drive innovation and inform strategy. Your Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in eCommerce or agency settings executing email marketing strategies. Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, and MailChimp. Strong analytical skills and the ability to proactively identify and solve problems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey messages to diverse audiences. Creative problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think outside the box. Strong prioritization skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Integrity, optimism, and respect in all situations. What We Offer: Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 per year.
