Description
The In House Counsel will lead on legal advice regarding employment-related matters in the U.S., collaborating closely with HR, ER, Ethics, privacy, compliance stakeholders, and senior business leaders. This position involves advising and providing training on diverse areas including ADA, ADEA, AA, EEO, FMLA, FCRA, pay equity, DEI initiatives, FLSA, Title VII, WARN, NLRB, OSHA, OFCCP, reductions in force, drug testing, background checks, performance management, whistleblower complaints, workplace investigations, and sales compensation plans, among others.
