Description

The Counsel, Entertainment position will support two of the company’s streaming platforms by reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and analyzing a wide range of commercial agreements. This includes digital content licensing and distribution, gaming, strategic partnerships, product development and engineering, advertising sales and operations, master service and vendor agreements, as well as digital content production, native advertising, and marketing. In addition, you will provide support to product, engineering, social media, and other digital business teams with legal advice across various subject areas such as privacy, data protection laws, regulatory compliance, and corporate compliance.
