Goodyear, a leader in tire and auto service, is seeking to immediately hire Entry Level Automotive Technicians. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in our Auto Service centers while learning how to perform basic automotive services alongside delivering outstanding customer service. Experience is not required, as we will provide training in the necessary skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and filter replacements
  • Train with experienced technicians to learn additional automotive services
  • Provide clear communication and feedback to guests about their vehicles
  • Collaborate with team members to meet guest expectations
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation
  • Perform a variety of manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Age requirement: at least 18 years
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements

  • Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training is preferred, but not required.

Salary: $11.00 - 22.00 Per Hour
