Responsibilities

  • Learn how to perform basic automotive services such as:
    • Mounting and balancing tires
    • Performing oil changes
    • Conducting preventative maintenance
  • Train alongside mid-level and senior technicians to expand skillset
  • Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles
  • Promote teamwork to meet customer expectations
  • Maintain adherence to company policies regarding vehicle care and operation
  • Perform manual tasks, which may include lifting and standing for extended periods

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Commitment to learning new technologies
  • Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or training is preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
