Responsibilities

  • Respond to dispatched emergency service calls within 8 working hours, as dictated by customer contracts.
  • Schedule calls to manage response time appropriately.
  • Reinforce operator training with customers as needed.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance routines on customer equipment according to factory specifications.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school
  • Experience with safes, locks, remotes, CCTV, ATM, and cash equipment preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive from site to site

  • Associates Degree in Electronics or related field

  • Experience in relevant fields such as safes, locks, and cash equipment is preferred.
