• Complete routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Use hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Maintain client relationships by providing remarkable service
• Educate clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve clients’ home comfort systems
• Document services performed and recommendations made
• Adhere to Service Champions’ quality and safety standards
• Engage in continuous learning through educational opportunities
