Responsibilities

• Drive top performance by completing routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors
• Maintain existing client relationships by providing remarkable service
• Educate clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
• Identify opportunities for client improvement on home comfort systems
• Document service performed and recommendations made
• Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
• Participate in ongoing educational opportunities

Qualifications

• Ability to crawl in tight spaces and climb ladders
• Must provide exceptional customer service
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks daily
• Experience in customer service, sales, solar, plumbing, electrical, roofing, auto mechanics, labor, or landscaping is beneficial
