Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Field Service Technicians. You will provide our clients with great service under our Trustworthy, On Time, and Worry Free brand promise. No previous residential HVAC experience is necessary for this position, but it certainly helps! We are hiring for attitude and training for skill. Join our team and go through a 14-week paid technical training program in our Champions University training center and lab in Pleasanton, CA.

Responsibilities

• Drive top performance by completing routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Operate hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
• Maintain existing client relationships by delivering remarkable service
• Educate clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems
• Document service performed and recommendations made
• Complete tasks in accordance with Service Champions quality and safety standards
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
• Ability to crawl in tight spaces and climb ladders
• Experience in customer service, sales, solar, plumbing, electrical, roofing, auto mechanics, labor, or landscaping is beneficial
• Integrity and positive company image
