• Operate various hand and power tools for installation

Qualifications

• Ability to crawl in tight spaces and climb ladders
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks daily
• Integrity and a positive company image
• Experience in customer service, sales, solar, plumbing, electrical, roofing, auto mechanics, labor, or landscaping is beneficial but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• No prior HVAC experience required; however, relevant experience in customer service or technical fields is advantageous.
