Description

The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager will oversee the effectiveness of the EHS initiatives across manufacturing sites in Savannah, GA; Kinston, NC; and Spartanburg, SC. Based in either SC or NC, the manager will provide hands-on support tailored to the needs of each site, requiring occasional travel (up to 30% annually). This role focuses on ensuring compliance with EHS regulations, addressing noncompliance issues, and communicating goals, objectives, and performance metrics effectively. The EHS Manager will prepare strategic plans aligned with company objectives and mentor health and safety employees.

• Experience in Behavioral Based Safety programs is a plus
