We are seeking an experienced Epic-certified Principal Trainer (PT) for training clinical end users, super users, and train-the-trainer sessions. The ideal candidate must possess the necessary certifications for assigned Epic applications, including Willow Ambulatory (WAM), Willow Inpatient (WIP), TED105 Training Wheels Behind the Scenes, and Training Environment Build Certification (TED300).

Responsibilities

• Develop role-based training content, alone or collaboratively
• Design and maintain instructional materials and documentation
• Incorporate feedback into training procedures
• Consult with subject matter experts to improve training materials

• Co-facilitate classroom instruction and exercises
• Prepare training lessons and set up training environments
• Present information clearly and understandably
• Follow up with trainees for additional support

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Epic-certified Principal Trainer
• Strong background in instructional design

Education Requirements
