DHHS is seeking an experienced Epic PB, HB, and Claims Analyst. This role involves understanding the organization’s strategic goals and how the department’s objectives support them while providing excellent leadership and communication skills. The Analyst will work closely with clinical and business leaders to translate business needs into Epic billing functionality, ensuring the effective management of resources and time.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and communicate business requirements for new system functionality and enhancements
• Test system changes to ensure they meet business requirements
• Act as the primary support contact for end-users
• Identify and resolve issues impacting application areas
• Guide workflow design and analyze technical issues associated with Epic software
• Partner with quality, operational, and business leaders on system design and optimization
• Maintain data integrity and develop system documentation as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with Epic PB, HB, and Claims
• Five years of progressive revenue cycle/healthcare experience
• Proven ability to work with tight project deadlines
• Epic certification in Resolute PB, HB, and Claims required
• Self-starter with strong teamwork and communication skills

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of experience in a directly related field
