Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in estate plan drafting, including wills and trusts
• Strong expertise in probate avoidance and asset protection
• Knowledge of taxation, Medicaid-related issues, and special needs planning
• Comfortable conducting virtual consultations
• Active professional liability insurance coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on wills, trusts, and estate planning matters

Qualifications
