• 3-5 years of experience in estate plan drafting, including wills, trusts, and related documents.
• Strong expertise in probate avoidance, asset protection, business formation, and succession planning.
• Knowledge of taxation, Medicaid-related issues, and special needs planning.
• Comfortable conducting virtual consultations.
• Active professional liability insurance coverage.

Responsibilities
