The Event Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with clients to grasp their vision, goals, and requirements for events. This role involves creating and managing budgets to ensure that all expenses remain within financial limits. Additionally, you will research and recommend suitable venues based on the event’s needs and the client’s preferences, which includes negotiating contracts and coordinating with venue staff. You will also identify and liaise with vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainment providers to ensure that all vendor services align with the event’s requirements.
