Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, and letters
  • Answer phones and route calls appropriately

  • Assist in preparing for meetings and recording minutes
  • Greet visitors and manage executive schedules
  • Arrange travel for executives, managing all logistics
  • Perform office duties including ordering supplies and managing databases
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or relevant administrative support
  • In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive approach with strong decision-making capabilities
