The Experian Project Manager will oversee the implementation and integration of Experian Applications as part of the Epic EHR program. This role requires strong coordination and communication skills to effectively manage project activities while reporting to the EHR Program Management Office.

Skills

• Strong understanding of EHR Revenue Cycle Billing, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Claims Processing
• Experience with IT project management methodologies, budgeting, and QA processes
• Ability to manage and communicate project status effectively
• Conflict resolution and management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and MS SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with EHR Program Director and project managers
• Coordinate with various stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Oversee the implementation of the full Experian Health Products Suite
• Maintain project scope, schedule, and quality
• Guide workflow design, system build, and testing processes
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
• Facilitate communication with team members and stakeholders
• Support the coordination of training for end users

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in revenue cycle billing and claims processing
• 5+ years of experience in Health IT interoperability
• Proven experience with Experian Health, Change Healthcare, or Relay Health products

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
