Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive Pay: \(130,000 - \)175,000 per year (depending on experience)

Skills

  • California law license
  • 3+ years of experience in general litigation, business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Passion for advocacy and creative legal solutions
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in construction defect and/or construction and real estate law is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage cases from start to finish
  • Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, and manage document-intensive cases
  • Draft dispositive motions and prepare for trial
  • Provide exceptional legal representation to clients

Qualifications

  • California law license required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong academic background
  • Passion for advocacy and commitment to finding creative legal solutions
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Education Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
