Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of personal injury litigation cases, from pre-litigation through trial.
• Develop and execute case strategies for maximum settlements and verdicts.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Draft and respond to motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
• Work closely with clients, medical providers, and expert witnesses.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts across Texas.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (good standing with the Texas Bar).
• 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience, with jury trial experience required.
• Proven track record of successful verdicts and high-value settlements.

Education Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
